Colney Heath From The Air

At 6.50 a.m. on Thursday 9th August 2007 Sandy and Ed Pizzey took off in a hot air balloon from Knebworth Park and gently floated south along the A1 passing near Codicote, Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield before drifting west along Roestock Lane to the crossroads and landing in Warren Farm beside Coursers Lane.

Unfortunately the balloon did not pass over the west end of the village.
